We must know this before even thinking about food:
अहं वैश्वानरो भूत्वा प्राणिनां देहमाश्रितः।
प्राणापान समायुक्तं पचाम्यन्नं चतुर्विधं ॥ BG 15.14||
I am immanent in all the beings in the form of 'VaishvAnara' and along with the forms of prANa including prANa, apAna and others, I digest the four types of food (eatable, lick-able, chew-able and drinkable) that the beings intake.
Let's pray such a Lord to properly digest this food and keep us healthy.

I am not good at photography, taking pics of my attempts is still a learning process. Everyone thinks that Good photography is what will draw readers. Sometimes that's true, but not always. All of the recipes you'll find on this blog are "Husband Approved". Most of the recipes here are learn't from Mom, FIL, TV shows, Friends, Relatives etc
That was a short description about my Blog. Now let me take this opportunity to introduce myself to you all. As mentioned earlier I am Ashwini, married to most sweet person I have ever met Santosh Rao. I currently stay in Houston, Texas, USA. Basically from namma Bengalooru. Cooking was always my interest but never got an opportunity to cook as I did not want to miss Mom made delicious food, After marriage I started cooking and started experimenting on my husband, he always stood by me and encouraged every bit of my endeavors. Today if I am able to deliver something in cooking to others its all because of him I would proudly say. So that's about me and my small family :))
